Do you need my card for the trial?
No. You give us an email address, sign in with a magic link, and the 7 days start. There is no card form and nothing to cancel if you walk away.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your alerts pause, so no new mentions are collected, and nothing was charged because we never held a card. Every mention and thread already gathered stays readable; analytics locks until you subscribe. Choose a plan and the same alerts resume, and analytics unlocks, right where they stopped.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from the billing portal in your settings, without emailing anyone. The subscription runs to the end of the period you already paid for and then stops.
What counts as a mention?
One post, comment, or app-store review that matches one of your alerts. It counts once on the day we find it, however many times your term appears in it, and edits or later replies to the same thread do not count again.
Can I move between monthly and yearly?
Yes, in either direction from the billing portal. Switching is prorated against what you have already paid, so you are not billed twice for the same days.
Is there a free plan?
No. One paid plan keeps the limits honest and the platform list complete for everyone. Storing and processing every mention we scrape costs money whether or not you are on a free tier, so we charge for it rather than subsidizing free accounts with paying ones. The 7-day trial is how you find out whether it fits, and it needs no card.
